A S, Thanks for that articulate and well considered response. It seems remarkable to me how we can look at pretty much the same fact case and come to such drastically different conclusions. I must insist that you should not put words in my mouth and mis-represent my position. I do not condone the suicide bombings. I'm more in the Gandhian tradition of non-violent resistance to an immoral and unethical regime like the Sharon fascism. The best thing the Palestinians can do is to unite world opinion against the wrongheaded imperialism of the Israeli expansionists. We will disagree on the nature of Israel's land grab. History has proven that Israel has constantly increased its borders, and created a mockery of justice in their method of slicing and dicing the West Bank. Surely you cannot see the settlements as not being an violation of the Geneva Accords and an effort to illegally encroach on Palestinian territory. Can you? Salaams, Ray
