I didn't notice in any of the reports some 'proof' one way or the other by Deutsche Bank ??

The only statement I saw was by HP lawyer Donald J. Wolfe Jr.:

He said there was no legally binding agreement between HP and Deutsch Bank about voting the shares, nor was there any consideration between the parties.
