You have a Cassiopeia E115 PDA.

What specifically are you using as a DEVICE to connect from the PDA (over cable or IR) to the GPRS carrier with?

Modem card? What card?

Handset? Whose handset?

Carrier? What carrier,

Software? What/whose software?

How are the timeslots in the device your PDA is comnnected to configured?

Are you saying you are using IR rather than serial cable to connect from PDA to the device that is being used as a modem?

Do you have a microbrowser (WAP or equivalent for your carriers portal)?
