Ted, the wealthy, educated background of many of these terrorists goes against the notion that poverty and oppression breeds terrorism. It should also dispel the notion that spreading economic prosperity will cure the cancer that is terrorism. Andreas once suggested that we can only "win" over terrorism if you try and solve the problems that lead to it.
