ts-

saving lives by killing people works but
not for long. its an "old school" approach.

i like this part of your article.

The Angola process, in which the Unita rebel group has signed a deal with the government where all fighters will form one army, ended a civil war that has raged since the country gained its independence in 1975.

that's the key... ONE fighting force...

we set up an international mercenary fighting force
and pay high dollar sign-up bonuses. we can have a
multitude of divisions with various goals and targets,
a separate one for every ideology and enemy that
anyone hates and wants to blow off the face of the
earth.

after every mad vengeance seeker in the world has
signed on and we're in the training and planning
stages, we allow someone like caesar chavez to come in
and unionize them -- call it the "united militant
workers of the world" union.

then as management, we begin to reduce bennies and cut
salaries 10% across the board, maybe even threaten to
increase hours in the work week and eliminate a couple
of vacation days... and...

huaw-laaa! they go on strike.

damn. <G>

then we hire a competent team of attorneys
to negotiate the strike issues (the microsoft legal
team, for example). they can keep that impasse
going for decades.
