utha- thanks. Be nice to see an official release from ETCR or the Kentucky legislature that they are the one and the only one they will be evaluating. Hard to believe a govt agency isn't taking bids for the service or having their own inhouse geeks try to enhance KASPAR first. I wonder when the patent will be approved and if they can proceed with the test without the patent. And they say it cost 1.6 million to come up with the software/system. There are some big healthcare/info companies that may be able to come up with a competing system if the market is big. Also, how will preferred holders be able to sell their converted shares around July 16 and get the issued value? If many are trying to sell won't it drive the value of those shares down?
