Shipments of CDMA2000 1X Products Ramp-Up On Nine Networks in Eight Countries
GTRAN Wireless Inc.(TM) today announced the commercial availability of the DotSurfer(TM)
2100 data card for use on Centennial Communications' wireless network in Puerto Rico.

The DotSurfer is the first CDMA2000 1X data card to be deployed in the country, and
enables mobile users to experience the freedom of mobility with wireless access to the
Internet, emails, and multimedia applications. The DotSurfer 2100 enables reliable wireless
connectivity from laptops, PDAs, and other mobile devices at speeds of up to 144 kbps,
faster than most regular dial-up connections.

The commercial launch with Centennial is yet another example of how GTRAN Wireless is
leading the global transition from voice to multimedia.

"Working closely with partners such as Centennial Communications, we continue to
accelerate the deployment of high-speed data services and unleash the potential of new
multimedia applications," said Jay Wasserman, vice president of GTRAN Wireless Global
Marketing.

GTRAN Wireless began volume shipment of its CDMA2000 1X products last year, with
global launches in Korea, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, China, the United States and New
Zealand.

Centennial Communications has the largest wireless footprint in the Caribbean, with
service in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

"We are excited to be the first carrier in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean to launch TurboNet
3G Network, our new 3G wireless high-speed data services, with GTRAN Wireless' leading
edge products," said Thomas Leach, general manager of Centennial de Puerto Rico's
Wireless operations.

"GTRAN Wireless is enabling Centennial de Puerto Rico's customers to access their
company's information and the Internet on the go with our new TurboNet service. Now they
will be able to use all their multimedia applications from their laptops or pocket PC's at
speeds similar to those of a regular dial-up connection but wirelessly," said Sandra Vicenty,
Centennial de Puerto Rico Wireless Marketing Director.
