I'd say we all do. But not all the same. Trying to pigeonhole atheists/agnostics is worse than trying to herd cats.

I believe that people have free will. It's certainly possible that we're just machines with genes and instincts, but I prefer to believe that we are entities who make choices.
I'd say both are true. There are still instincts down there, but the overlay of higher functions quite often overrules them.

I further believe that people have a bias towards life, towards good, towards growth and accomplishment, towards wisdom, towards beauty. That belief is certainly arguable, but I choose to believe it, even when faced with evidence to the contrary.
Yes and no. Depends on who you're discussing when.
