there is some "unwritten rule" against that.
a sort of professional courtesy, i guess.
i think it stinks and they should be the first
ones to stand out on the front line. i've never
seen a head of state that was so marvelous that
humanity could not survive without them. they all
die sooner or later anyway. the sooner they die,
the greater they were, no?

let's start building more statues.

And George Bush likes the exact opposite. The current plan is to void Bill Clinton's agreement to have the U.S. participate in the World Court. Apparently we have too many potential war criminals in the Administration and military command to take a chance on an embarrassing trial. <g>
