jp - I think the Naz action is 80% options dictated.
QQQ MSFT CSCO INTC options drive the market.

when there are too many puts in the money we rally, too many calls in the money we tank.

EVERYTHING else is noise IMHO.

good/bad news can drive less heavily optioned stoicks, but options speculation is driving 80% of the mess.

That is my belief but I can not prove it.
Max pain is 35 and low and behold it looks like they trying to prop that up.
