wouldn't doubt it---gees that will be just another BS scandal, wouldn't it be?Cripes. NYT this Sunday had an article on inside trading and really went at Ellison who gave an UPBEAT total BS pre-earnings guidance, stock goes up and he then sells 900milliondollars in stock. Then guess what they then warn! But the laws are SO in favor of allowing corporate "rape america" capitalism, they can NOT touch Ellison because of the Securities Act of 1995(the Safe Harbor law is included in the Act; and the Safe Harbor is a LICENSE to lie cheat and steal and be protected from any legal crimes, and the protection comes from the U.S. Congress )
