I simply feel that if there was any "abuse" it was quite minor and that the competitors should accept the settlement.

I'm in agreement with the Department of Justice and 41 of our 50 states.

Charles,

As the idiots who rode this stock down from $100+ cry like babies that life is unfair only to them, two more Windows boxes now sport Linux (RedHat 7.2). Seems like every week someone converts and is impressed by how far open-source has come in the last few years. In the end FREE always wins and in the end Windows will have to be given away to maintain market-share. MSFT will use it as a marketing ploy, bundling it as an incentive to use their services the way gas stations give away free dinnerware to bring in customers... Nothing special about dinnerware, nothing special about Windows anymore. The automobile analogy was right afterall.

Cheers,
Norm
