All the supervisors were Israeli Jews. In one installation it was necessary to lay new communication wire under the concrete and the crew brought in was all Arab while the contractor was not. It didn't seem unusual to me as this is exactly the pattern of Anglo-Hispanic interaction I had grown up in. TP
