I should know that I am usually too bullish for a bear market.

I see big trouble for tech spending. Those few corporations who are spending money on IT are buying DELL and don't mind overpaying. That would explain DELL making higher margins on lower volumes.
However, the vast majority of corporate customers aren't buying anything this year since they don't have a budget for this year and that explains IBM results.
