Congratulations on getting rid of those hard breaks mid-paragraph.

Your thoughts are looking better in print already already.

Seybold cannot handle two things at the same time, like GPRS and EDGE,
but it is a common problem.

Trying to add cell and mast design is, after that, a clear reason for not
employing him for network planning, even with somebody giving him just
one task at a time.

Hmm, maybe that was why Shannon was good at juggling??

Minor hint, the GPRS/EDGE slides are littered with simple pictures
on how to use EDGE, save time slots closer to the base-station,etc.
At the "edges" of the cells one just uses more timeslots.

Major hint, when one uses both dynamic frequency and channel control
in cell-clusters it gets even more difficult to understand for a regular 1-neuron brain.
(however, I'm sure Shannon would have juggled all of that in just a split minute)
