Gabriel thanks. How much is the key question. There is no hint as to hard figures. And they are key. Generalities do not excite the masses. I am convinced that if there was a "leak" of the $10,000 figure per head I suggested, and if there was a hint that the money will be delivered to the refugees themselves, NOT the PA, there will be great pressure to solve the problem ASAP from the Palestinian refugees themselves. I am sure that the PA does not want this; they probably want some development fund to be given to them to squander as they see fit.
