Last night I was filling up the tank thinking the same exact thing. I shutter to even calculate the escalated price. As I was adding it up, the price was too high for me to keep going. hehehe Being from Houston, I hear stories of how much oil is in Russia. I hear they are basically swimming in it but have no means of getting it to market. This is slowly changing with Chevon and others pipeline investment.
