If one more big company warns, this thing may drop hard and fast and then delta hedging could comound the drop.

If delta hedging short kicks in and holds thru expiry, we aren't going to have a rally anytime soon IMO.

Best chance for a rally is right now.

jj, many of the companies report next week. There are quiet periods that may need to be observed, so possibly not too many will be warning.

I think IBM's warning will be the first of many for them, as their profits have been going up due to 1-time gains that they have been slow to report.
