Skin, Thanks for continuing to post these updates on Al-Qaida moving into the ME. It may surprise you to find that I've turned a corner on that issue. First, it will take a lot more than this kind of evidence to change my mind on this one, that is I don't yet see Al-Qaida as a serious danger here. Presence, maybe; serious danger, not yet. Second, the real danger is that Sharon's policies are preparing the ground for the Palestinians to consider an involvement of Al-Qaida as a good thing. And that's very bad.
