RE:In Canada one only has to bribe one level of politicians to get something done. Well, that's better than in Louisiana and we do a lot of oil and gas exploration here. Of course, it might be a little easier than doing business in Africa. When I was in Nigeria, we had to bribe people for almost anything to get done. The one that tickled me the most was that I had to bribe someone to get an application for a driver's license and then, of course, we had to bribe again to get the actual license.
