At this point in time, Israel isn't trying to shove the Palestinians over the Jordan River. Try it and see what happens.

Edit: I don't mean literally try it. I mean, game it out in your mind, like a war game.

Only Hizbullah, which operates in an occupied country and is paid by masters who think they are safe from direct reprisal.

Which brings up another VERY GOOD point. It's not only Israel which is occupying territory, but Syria.

Yet.. where is the outcry from the world over the Syrian occupation of Lebanon? This strikes rather close to home for me since my sister is married to a Lebanese christian who still has considerable family in the "old country".
