Why? Every US citizen has a working court system with rights for the accused. This court has no rights for the accused. It's a three judge international panel. It applies to each citizen of the world. There are no protections against judicial abuse.

They did from me. As far as I'm concerned, we pay the US Army to prevent that sort of thing.
