Darren, Wrong!!! The Bush family has been in the oil business by themselves for decades. They have had their own leases, and done their own drilling, through the family business called Zapata Oil Drilling,Inc. It is true that as Presidents, the two Georges have been forced to deal with Arab oil due to the pressure from Congress for cheaper oil, and a foolish notion that doing so will insure peace in the Middle East. Arab oil has been cheaper than tapping the oil reserves we still have in the contiguous 48 states because of unions controlling the drilling crews, and the enviro-freaks causing such a stink about drilling anywhere. It is also true that Bush is being pressured by many other nations to remain friendly with the Arab murdering nations, and continue to use their oil so the Sheiks, and Emirs, can remain rich, while the ordinary people of their countries remain desperately poor. What little need there may be for Arab oil, has been brought on by the US Congress, and certain groups of American citizens themselves.

I once knew the Bush family, personally, in the 1960s and 70s, and they will do the best that they can do under the intense pressure of the rest of this faulty world.
