Hi Dave,

It is a bad sign. I have a small stake. I see it as
a long road and I believe at the moment they're in phase
two on this.

In my reading, the stock will close the gap at $5 with
high probability and I will watch if it bounces back up
from the 4.30 to 4.40 range.

I do not believe it will achieve new highs based on this
but will have generally higher lows. It's going to be
a long road.

I'm holding what I have but not adding.
