I hear ya on that one........Bush keeps offering aid to everybody and anyone like we are minting money 24/7! Maybe he's following your strategy of trying to stop the "root cause" of terrorism by making people's lives better in third world countries. Tim, not to be a pain in the butt, but I was hoping for a little more planning/forethought before whipping out the checkbook. I thought we had agreed that that would be the best approach? Have you changed your position? ted
