The original Hebrew tribes were probably closer to the Bedouins than any of the other groups so maybe all the land should be awarded to the Jews and Bedouins?

Well, if one is to take the census figures detailed in the book of numbers as, pardon the pun, gospel, then the Jews numbered about 2 million or so. Thus, hardly a "Bedouin" culture.
