I admire Israelis who have the moral integrity to admit that they took land which did not belong to them, due to the pressures of necessity, and recognize that the people they took the land from are not likely to feel anything but resentment.

I feel disdain for Israelis, and their apologists, who pretend that the land was not being put to gainful use by anyone and therefore they were not displacing anyone. It's a Big Lie.
