and you are sure that this is true. Every word, every single item has been double checked with multiple sources to ensure its accuracy.

My bet is the it is mostly propaganda, propaganda which meshes with the Posts view of the world and hence is not checked as completely as others stories.

I am also beginning to feel that carpet bombing of Jenin or Ramallah, total destruction from the air, would provide Israel less negative media coverage than this door to door crap.

Residents Describe Operation As Driven by Hatred, Revenge

Thanks for posting this, CB. I suspect it's only the beginning. We will see a great many of these over the upcoming days.

Some of it is attributable to war and teenage boys doing the fighting. But that will not be the cultural memory. It will be read as "the Israelis" did it.

This will take a long time to cool down enough for serious peace talks.

Pretty crappy way to treat a Lutheran minister. But then, he's Arab, so I guess it's ok.

Well, it's CERTAINLY NOT OK, imo... Just as it's not "ok" to send a 10 year boy to blow himself up...

Both sides are descending to a level of brutality brought about by the extremism Arafat (imo) has encouraged and/or tolerated. In fact, Sharon is in office because of Arafat's call for an new intifada and the disgrace of Barak, has empowered the extremists on the Israeli side.

There's "blood in the water" now, and sharks on either side are in a frenzy.

The question is how, without ordering US troops in between the two parties, does the US control the Israelis?? Today's attack, using a 10 year boy, will only strengthen Israel's case that they have to eliminate the extremist infrastructure, so these Palestinian kids will spend time in school, and not as "martyrs"...

Btw, does a 10 year old even have a concept of what collecting 72 virgins actually means?
