The fact that it has been 3 weeks that LU has made its low while Nortel has been making new lows during that time, it tells me that Lucent is putting a good bottom. Even if they meet the low end of their guidance, the street will be very happy considering the results from Nortel. With improvement on their balance sheet, margins, bottom and top line, I think LU will start a slow sustainable up trend that will pick up steam as the cap ex situation improves.
