I think it's fascinating that the CSCO rumor appears just as NDX is attempting to break out of a declining wedge on the wiggle chart. We should pop momentarily, if the wedge fails we will pop to the downside. It looks like a c position ED correcting yesterdays ramp, but it's only a wiggle formation.
