IBB LT bot 2% of port. @ 71

Buying plan: buy, equal-$ amounts, every 3 points on down from 71, to max 20% of portfolio in IBB (which is an ETF that tracks the Nas biotech index, has about 654 stocks in it).

Looks to me like this sector has found support repeatedly, over the last 2 years, just below this level. No point in talking about valuations, all these stocks trade on hopes of profits 5 years out.

Sell plan: lighten up (partially, not completely) on the next rally. Exact amounts and prices not yet decided, it'll depend on how much I get, what happens with my other positions (that is, how much cash % I have left when other limit buy orders fill), .......... and how many people die in the streets of Hebron.
