Then how many of these so-called "perverts" who are guilty of the same activity would you estimate there to be in the USA?......remember to include executives who use their positions in order to pressure females for attention. Of course, these ego maniacs believe it's their personal charms that prove so persuasive. In Pres Clinton's case that is probably true. His charming ways have proved to be both an advantage & disadvantage for him. An advantage in drawing votes & a disadvantage when his moral character was not strong enough to resist temptation put in his path. In other words, intern-age females would be drawn to him even if he had never become powerful or famous. That's the fact so many Clinton haters refuse to believe....ha ha ha.....they would rather accuse him of being perverted. It wasn't perversion that led to his political problems.....it was lack of self control.
