You miss-cited the quote. You can lie to all of us on this thread, we are used to you. i did not miscite the quote, the quote is there, exactly as i put it......and it is the complete paragraph number 63 finding of fact.... with no ommisions you trying to deny that the quote is there is beyond denial, it becomes stupidity..... and your losing your butt in this stock for the past several years is the proper justice for such stupidity.... anybody properly reading the findings of fact when they came out over two years ago, would have saved themselves so much money, that it becomes undeniable what those findings of fact are saying.... and as the appeals court later confirmed, anybody smart enough to get out then, was well rewarded for their ability to read...... jon.
