I find a certain degree of logic in Buchanan's comments as well.. The lunatics have taken over the asylum, extremists one and all... And I can perceive Sharon pushing this with the US to the extreme and pressuring Bush even more. And the extremist muslims understand also... for they too want a regional jihad, uniting the Arabs behind them against the Jews and Americans. So the question is whether Bush can manage to avoid the US being dragged into a wider regional war... Or more interestingly, does Sharon recognize the demographic handwriting on the wall which the Bush administration obviously desires to "wish away"... Namely 400 million muslim youngun's getting old enough to carry an AK-47. Hawk
