in short it looks like the commercials are bullish the DOW and bearish NDX and SPX.And the small traders are bearish the DOW and bullish on NDX and SPX. Are the small traders always that reverse the commercials??? Max

Excellent, thanks much. The commercials and small traders are just as far apart as can be. Looks like the commercials are pretty loaded up on shorts here. It seems like they might be looking for a capitulation type low to be on the horizon. I will watch for them to cover to less pronounced net short levels, maybe back to 50,000 contracts or less net short. That is what they did in April and Sept. of last year.
