In my darker moments, I think Clinton could have won a third term. If so, he lost power not by means envisioned by the Founders but by term limits - an innovation later generations were forced to come up with.

Please don't remind me of the situation in PA.....we are held hostage by Philly & Pittsburg. The Philadelphia schools were taken over by the state recently because of their pathetic performance. Maybe that explains the dismal results of their voting record.
