This is a rare case when I might agree with you ;-)

However, deep pockets know high ambitions. Who knows
what is cooking under their Labs. Low-frequency multi-level
flash devices may have the power consumption low enough
to be stackable into 3-D solid blocks for example.
Currently the disk areal density is up to 50bits/um2,

or 50x of the best 1um SDRAM cell, but who knows, maybe
the volume density could be better than for the
surface-only disk drives.
