A Reading suburb......which Philly suburb? I lived in S.W. Philly for a few yrs. Doesn't it frustrate you that your presidential vote is always scuttled by the 2 major cities in the state?.....why doesn't the electoral vote level the playing field in that regard. Cities should not dominate just because they have a larger population concentrated in a small area. As someone pointed out earlier.....that circumstance just creates voters who want the government to save them from the noise, pollution, crime & stifling living conditions. They're desperate,so they vote Democrat.<g>
