Bald Eagle, I guess you do not realize that, when a person moves from one state to another, he becomes subject to the laws of the state he moved to. Ergo, since he lived in, and wanted to vote in Florida, by reasonable law, he could not. Nothing illegal about it.

Personally, I don't believe any felon should ever be allowed to vote again. He didn't do his time for singing too loud in the church choir. He's a criminal, pure and simple.
