Please ask your buddy do to either of two things - ask the service guy to use that special cleaning solvent, bring it in every monday - use the phone with his wife first, and not afterwards, for more mutual enjoyment Ilmarinen Service guys have some fun stuff to cope with their customers. There is, obviously, an easy way to figure out what display problem the customer has, if the service guy/girl knows a little about displays.
