The war on drugs is just another way for the administration to ensure it's crony buddies continue to be successful and get contracts. It also makes sure Bushkie can continue the war in Columbia....his own Vietnam with CIA hirees directing attacks on innocent civilians.

My wife worked with teen-age drug addicts for eight-nine years. Until the HMOs pulled the plug on treatment programs. Drug abuse is a disease. It affects rich kids, poor kids, middle-class kids. "Getting tough on drugs" and locking up people with a chemical dependency problem ain't the answer.
