Seems like MINOR LEGAL CONCERNS were the main and driving force of the right wing to ensure that the GOVERNMENT OF THE US WAS HOGTIED and turned on it's head for years with someone else's sex life.
Talk about distortion of the entire system through vindictive and mean spririted crap!
And to respond to you....YES! the administration was seriously damaged as was the Constitution and all of it's various branches through that mess.....
