just can't see it in this instance Zeev, look at my list of the actual identities on new highs. i actually think the small cap financials and other non-tech small caps are throwing you a false signal.Got to go with david here,100%.

Zeev: Are you calling today an "uptrend?" If not, I have to disagree with you because new lows on the Nasdaq are not contracting as a trend over the past few weeks. They are expanding. And new highs are range bound as a trend.
