It's the typical upper class remedy and denial... Of course MY son or daughter isn't a CRIMINAL! What a crock of SHIT! And denying funds for treating and offering help to drug abusers is EXACTLY what is wrong with this country and the entire law enforcement focus. It's pathetic....people need treatment centers..... PERIOD.. Pregnant MOTHERS who have drug problems are told they must WAIT for 6 months to get in!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE..... talk about making the problem WORSE CC
