To elaborate in a bull market, low volume pullbacks usually are bullish. But when the market is in a major downtrend as the NAZ is now, my experience has been that low volume declines usually refect MMs and smart money pulling their bids in anticipation of heavy lemming selling near the bottom. Just my two cents.
