Baldy, Probably, because approximately 85% of felons that serve their time, commit felons again, and return to the pen. Once a felon, always a criminal. Their instability is what got them into prison, and if anything, that instability is enhanced by the experience behind walls. IMO, they are not qualified to participate in choosing the leaders of the US.
