Cisco Systems (CSCO) 15.21 -0.97: Stock plummeting 6% on est cuts at RBC Capital Mkts (see In-Play for comment); lukewarm note from Soundview partially contributes to fall. Recent field checks indicate a slight Mar rebound following sluggish trends in Feb but firm concedes "we continue to see mixed data points heading into the final 3 weeks of Apr:" checks also indicated budgetary caution in comm equip spending. Overall, Soundview believes CSCO can post modest revenue growth in the vicinity of 2%.
