"Is that what you're proposing? More of a tax burden on the American middle class?" Yes, I would like to see the tax burden distributed a bit more equitably. If the bottom 50% pay only 4% and the top 5% pays over 50% we have gone too far with the scaling. The way you dems rail about the "tax break for the richest 1%..." is an insult to the very Americans you should have some respect for. If your party would encourage their supporters to succeed instead of trying to bring down the ones who do, the whole country would be better off.
