Well, perhaps you know my opinion of buy recos. That is usually a signal that the top is near. Especially since PLMD has only one analyst now covering it (hard to believe that's true but that's what an SEC/DOJ inquiry will do). My take is that if the stock is going to make a new all-time high (I think this is a possibility during the next three to six months) we won't see significant "strong buy" coverage until the price is well into the 50s.
