I doubt it. But, I'll have the resources to be buying, if it happens. I think the bad news is out, with Cisco. It'll take another big terrorist attack on American soil, or a war that goes badly, for CSCO to hit 11. Unfortunately, either event has a not-small chance of happening.

That should tell you something. Companies in financial distress cut R&D. Cisco appears positioned to come out of this slump stronger than ever. And certainly more dominant.
